Beginning September 8, 2025, Fire Police City County FCU will require a new username for all members currently logging in to their online or mobile banking with their account number.
We are implementing this change as a means to enhance member security and reduce the risk of unauthorized access to accounts.
If you currently log in to It’s Me 247 Online Banking or the FPCCFCU Mobile App using your account number, we recommend creating a new username before September 8 by following the steps below. If you don’t update your username by that date, you’ll be prompted to create one the next time you log in on or after September 8.
Already using a username that’s not your account number? No worries — this change won’t affect you.
Please note: If you log in to the FPCCFCU Mobile App with PIN, Voice or Face ID Authentication, you must still have a username that does not contain your account number in order to log in.
How to change your username in the FPCCFCU Mobile App
- Log in to the FPCCFCU Mobile App.
- View your user profile by tapping the icon in the top right of your screen.
- Select Change Username.
- Enter your new username and tap the Change Username button.
How to change your username in It's Me 247 Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Click your name in the top right corner and select Personal Info and Settings.
- Select Change Username.
- Enter your new username and click the Change Username button.
