You probably know we have a mobile app and you may already have it downloaded. However, are you logging in the correct way? Many features are available through the mobile app that are not accessible in online banking, such as Remote Deposit Capture and Manage My Cards. Below you will find the steps that walk-through downloading and logging in to the app.
Getting Logged In
To download our mobile app open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for
“Fire Police City County FCU”.
When the app opens this is the page that will appear:
To sign in click “My Accounts” at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up the area to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” button and follow the instructions.
You will then answer a security question, first time users of online or mobile banking will be prompted to set them up now. If you forget the answer to your security question , click “Ask a Different Question” and another one will be given to you.
When you have answered the question click “Continue”.
When you have successfully logged in you will see the main menu. From here you can navigate to your account balances, remotely deposit a check, and much more.
