Position Title: MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union to create an efficient and meaningful member experience in the branch from start to finish. You will be responsible for serving members with all transactions, opening new accounts and analyzing credit needs to recommend products that will help them achieve their financial goals. Member Service Representatives are the face of the Credit Union within the community.
- High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required
- Strong member service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment to serve members
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to follow procedures
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work all branch hours, including weekends or evenings
