Fire Police City County Federal Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. You can help by following some simple guidelines:
  • Protect all of your account numbers, PIN (personal identification numbers), and plastic card numbers. Never keep your PIN with your card(s).
  • Be cautious whenever you disclose your account number, social security number, etc.. If someone asks for this information, you should beware. Credit Union officials will already have access to this information and will not need to ask for it.
  • Keep all of your information with us current and up to date. If we detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account, we will attempt to contact you. If you move or get a new phone number, please let us know.
