Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Cards:
If you have lost your ATM/Debit
or it was stolen, please follow the following steps immediately:
During Credit Union Hours
- Call
the credit union at (260) 484-2102 to report your card missing or stolen. We will flag your ATM/DEBIT card. You will need to come into the credit union and fill out a research
form and we will order you a new card.
Lost or
Stolen ATM - After Credit Union Hours -
Contact the Credit Union right
away. Call (260) 484-2120 ext 271.
Lost or
Stolen Debit card - After Credit Union Hours -
Call
VISA at 1-800-289-5939 and report the card lost or stolen. Notify the Credit
Union immediately at (260) 484-2102 ext. 271..
Lost or Stolen Visa Card:
If you have lost your VISA card or it has been stolen, follow these steps immediately.
During Credit Union Hours- Call the Credit Union at (260) 484-2102 to report your card missing or stolen.
After Credit Union Hours- Call VISA at 1-800-289-5939 and follow the automated service.
If you have found an ATM, Debit card or VISA card.
Follow the directions on the back of the card or return the card to the financial institution.
